Really weird location. No one knew where i could find the truck. When i went to return it the person working at the auto body where the lock box is was not nice. Rather just go to a regular U-Haul facility

SEMONE BBoth the pick up location and time were changed on us with no advance notice or notification. This had a large impact on the rest of our day which had been tightly scheduled.
Ryan BI would mention that you can drop off the truck at any time bc there is a drop box.
