Without warning or explanation in the app, picking up at this “location” involves actually going to a gas station a 1/2 mile away to get your keys and then going back to the lot to get your truck. Kinda ridiculous. The app says go here, then go “inside” in an empty lot.

All of the paper work was incorrect , i had tk ride to a different location just to get the truck, i returned it and closed out the contract it still charged me for a whole other day and it was never in the location on the paper work. I would never rent from there again

PEDRO LThis is not a safe place for a single female to rent from especially before sunrise or once it gets dark. Staff was friendly but a “we will get to you when we can” mentality as the gas station patrons come first.
