Had to call local and national due to no drop box. Local contact sam wanted vehicle brought to a different location no contracted after check out occurred. Vehicle was not completed out correctly and caused additional charges which vehicles was delivered and checked out on 9/4. I Disputed additional chargeswhen speaking to a mike on the national team. I have also disputed the add charges on my card as I was advised I would receive a call back that never happ
