I called several times to find out if they were going to be there on time early in the morning to pick-up the truck AT 9:00 AM, THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE, then "Someone" with an attitude called me 3 days after returning the Truck stating why I had not returned the truck??? I said it was returned on the stipulated date and that the driver Name was Ramon Perez. Very rude person I truly don't know who she was, but she must have been from the rental place. JUSTON WWhen I first started the truck, I had my foot on the break and put the truck 8n drive. The truck engine immediately went 3,000rpm lurking forward, I pressed hard on the brake and put the truck in park. This happened several times during the move. There was a lot of play in the steering wheel. I constantly was drifting from side to side having to correct. There maybe a lose connect in the seat belt mechanism. It would beat every 30 seconds, then I would twist it and it would stop.
