I left the lot without taking a photo of the truck because I had not read my messages. Reps on site should verbally remind customers to do this. However, my experience with U-Haul was not affected and everything ran very smoothly.

Had trouble with the location pick up using the website and I had to ask for assistance.
RAZIA AAt the rental time the gas wasn’t accurate paper with what’s was on the truck. It was at 1/8 on truck and 1/4 on the report.
JOSE MMy experience was great
COLIN BLocation was closed at the time of pick-up. Note on the door said they were out to lunch. Had to come back in an hour and 15 minutes in order to pick up my rental. My reservation included a dolly which they said they didn't have any available, but they did not take it off my order so I had to call U-Haul and explain the I would not be dropping off a dolly because I never received it.
