I was advised the day before pick-up that my pick-up location changed, 20 miles away from my original confirmed location. This created an inconvenience to me and my family and we lost an hour of our day driving to and from this location.

Take good care of the cars, they are in bad condition

TOBY TReservation not ready at correct time. Waited 1.5 hours. Truck dirty, fuel was not full as reported. No seating area
Alex DThe U haul place was in a shabby convenience store in a bad part of town. There were people doing drugs in the parking lot and drug addicts buying candy and pop inside. Sketchy place. The owner was nice though and quickly took care of checking the van back in.
