Wash and vacuum the truck, give customer a hard copy of rental and have a rental agent on duty that understands what they should do instead of telling the customer, "Im not going to do that!". She was rude and would not give me the general number to U-Haul. She also could not drive to move the trucks that were in the way for me to back out the truck I was renting. I also was charge for fuel when I put fuel in before I returned it that was above where it was when I picked it up. The truck was smelly also. I did not get the type of dolly I chose and the pads were just thrown over the dolly for me to put both items in the truck. I will never go back to this location. It was the worst customer ever.
EDDYE BThey did not have the moving blankets i had reserved. They did not have the truck ready and the woman was unable to move blocking trucks out of the way. I had to drive their other trucks to get it out my reserved uhaul. Spent an hour picking up a truck which should have taken 5 minutes.
Casey SGas tank was almost empty (1/16) when first started. It was extremely inconvenient since I had to waste time and mileage to find a Costco gas station before heading home immediately to load the truck. If previous renter left it like this, it should be filled to a reasonable amount.
