They did not have the moving blankets i had reserved. They did not have the truck ready and the woman was unable to move blocking trucks out of the way. I had to drive their other trucks to get it out my reserved uhaul. Spent an hour picking up a truck which should have taken 5 minutes.

Gas tank was almost empty (1/16) when first started. It was extremely inconvenient since I had to waste time and mileage to find a Costco gas station before heading home immediately to load the truck. If previous renter left it like this, it should be filled to a reasonable amount.
