No information was provided regarding drop off location and gas level etc. She had no idea on how to dispatch the vehicle. We had to call the u-haul headquarters. She gave me $11 discount for the empty tank, which was later withdrawn by the rude U-Haul staff at the return location as I didn’t bring the vehicle quarter level full. Mind you, filling the quarter tankk is -$35. The dispatch took over an hr due to poorly trained personnel.
Nilufer NHave the shop owner by a desk top computer. They rely on the customer to download the app and do all the work.
TIM SI always rent at this location. They also sell furniture.
TLALOC VThe equipment did appear maintained in terms of functionality but not necessarily the cleanest possible. Improvement can be made with ensuring the cleanliness of the equiptment.
