Lorina POverall good experience. The truck was there on time but we were shorted on equipment. We brought it up to the woman who checked us out and she said they only had one dolly. She directed us to go to another U-Haul store to rent it. When we moving, you need ALL the equipment ordered and it would’ve been inconvenient to waste time (and miles) taking the truck to another store to get a dolly. U-Haul check in process is slow and long so that would’ve cut into our time. However, the gentleman at this location was extremely friendly and helpful. He let us borrow his personal dolly for the day. He was a huge life saver. Not sure if he’s the owner but he did us a favor- which we greatly appreciated. In the future, I’ll come for a truck rental only but I wouldn’t take the risk of coming here if I need a truck AND equipment.
