There was no one available to help check me in at the time of my reservation because the location was closed. Neither the phone number listed on Google nor the number posted on the side of the building worked. The vehicle only had about 1/4 tank of gas upon pickup. I also ordered 2 dollies, but only 1 was provided. On top of that, the mobile check in process did not work properly. Overall, this created a very frustrating experience and caused significant delays with my move.

Associate wasn't there during business hours so I had to call him to come in. Reservation magically got switched to dropped off when I was picking it up which took about 45 minutes and two uhaul customer service representatives to fix. Then I get charged a $25 cleaning fee for absolutely no reason. Definitely not coming back to this location, and may not back to uhaul in the future.
Stetson HWhile waiting to pickup the U-haul, one of the cars being detailed was being moved to park next to the u-haul truck and they crashed into the side of the truck. Set a very unprofessional setting since that was the truck rented to me.
