El lugar donde recogí el trailer es un lugar muy pobre muy mala atención, a la hora de recojer el trailer tube que enganchar el trailer yo mismo no obtuve ayuda de nadie del personal, también el trailer estaba en un lugar de difícil acceso el cual tube que pedir ayuda para que movieran varios vehículos qué estaban muy cerca y no podía salir además, también a hacer la devolución el día de hoy no obtuve ayuda de nadie ya que al llegar a la hora del retorno pregunte quien iba a recibir y a hacer el chequeo del trailer y me dijeron que yo lo tenia que hacer por mi mismo el cual tuve que llamar a atención al cliente para completar el retorno me parece un lugar con muy mala atención

Would not have picked this place if I knew if was closed Sunday. Open sign was on though. People were there working, probably on personal cars, and they just told us to do the drop off. My phone number did not work to try and drop off the truck, the information had accidentally gone to my husband’s phone number and we didn’t realize this until after we left the keys in the drop box. Was out in cold over a half hour trying to figure out what to do.
Karin HWe came in after hours. There was just no information on where we should park it. We ended up having to ask the car detailers next door where we should park it and they don’t speak English. That’s why we left it in “stall 3”. But when we lifted it off the hitch, the trailer started rolling and there’s no blocks to stop it. So I ended up just running over to the old cars on the side and grabbing loose boards to chalk the tires. Worked just fine but overall annoying on the information we were given.
Ryan HThere was no one available to help check me in at the time of my reservation because the location was closed. Neither the phone number listed on Google nor the number posted on the side of the building worked. The vehicle only had about 1/4 tank of gas upon pickup. I also ordered 2 dollies, but only 1 was provided. On top of that, the mobile check in process did not work properly. Overall, this created a very frustrating experience and caused significant delays with my move.
Nathan KAssociate wasn't there during business hours so I had to call him to come in. Reservation magically got switched to dropped off when I was picking it up which took about 45 minutes and two uhaul customer service representatives to fix. Then I get charged a $25 cleaning fee for absolutely no reason. Definitely not coming back to this location, and may not back to uhaul in the future.
Stetson HWhile waiting to pickup the U-haul, one of the cars being detailed was being moved to park next to the u-haul truck and they crashed into the side of the truck. Set a very unprofessional setting since that was the truck rented to me.
