Lee BLife savers! Our first reservation at a location on Marion Road at the liquor store was a nightmare! They have no business going into the U-Haul rental business! They said they had no reservation for us, only to find out they gave our rental away to someone else so we were stuck! I found the next closest location, which took us about 3 miles out of our destination, but it was worth it! I can't remember the lovely woman who helped us out, but she was customer service beyond anything I've ever experienced, and I'm not kidding! The truck was ok, but considering it was last minute and all they had - it might as well have been brand new!! Thank you for being in business - we will always return to you if we find ourselves in need of another rental - and we will definitely recommend you to everyone we know! Thank you!!
