I rent the unit for pick up in another location since it was super close to my house and I do not have a car. The morning of the rental they sent me a notice saying I had to pick it up in a different location which meant I had to walk 2.5 miles to get there not cool. It threw off my whole day And made the experience. Very frustrating and I had to walk 2.5 miles back home again. this should not be allowed to happen.

Understaffed, had 1 person running the gas station and uhaul rentals. I had to wait 20-30 mins to get the rental as the worker took care of gas station customers as number 1 priority and took care of me in-between those customers and I waited another 15-20 min on the rental return.
