The equipment I reserved and PAID FOR was not in the truck as promised…(furniture dolly)… and since pickup was on Sunday there was no one available to rectify the situation…added unnecessary time and effort to the move without the dolly… Login APP was experiencing issues as well, making check in difficult and a lot longer than necessary.
