They had to deal with mistakes made by the pickup location which caused extra work and research. They were so kind and polite. They never said anything negative about the fact that the pickup location did not do there job correctly.

JOSEPH LThe equipment I reserved and PAID FOR was not in the truck as promised…(furniture dolly)… and since pickup was on Sunday there was no one available to rectify the situation…added unnecessary time and effort to the move without the dolly… Login APP was experiencing issues as well, making check in difficult and a lot longer than necessary.
