When I returned the vehicle and the Transaction was closed out, I asked for a copy of the Receipt but was told that was not possible. I should check out how much was withdrawn from the Credit Card. I found this to be insulting and a very poor Business practice from U-Haul Westlock. After repeatedly asking for a receipt that I would expect from any Business Transaction, the young lady finally was able to tell me the amount but could not produce a Receipt. Later, when I checked my e-mail, I saw that a Receipt had been emailed to me. While this provided what I was asking for, I feel the U-Haul Dealer should have been able to provide the Receipt when the Truck was returned and verified. What do you think?

The drivers before did not clean out the truck I have pictures of the dirt I had to clean out. But the representative told me that they did not fuel the truck of give the right milage either so. Not your fault but this is the second time in a year that I had to sweep and clean the truck out before I got to use it. Other the that it's always a great service thank you for always being there when I need to rent a truck.
Garrett FThe truck wouldn't start. needed to be boosted. no help was given, a set of booster cables was given and told to boost it myself. The box was full of snow. the outside was full of snow as well. had to spend half an hour ro get the vehicle ready to drive. very poor customer service!
Wendy MWent to pick up location for contactless pick up and this location did not offer it so I had to change all my moving plans cancel my help. Went back the next day truck was dirty had empty coffee cups and bottles and km and gas did not match what they said inside. Told them and when i returned the truck I was charged for the extra km on the truck after reporting it to them and reporting it on the online inspection
