U-Haul should not be making any changes to reservations for locations or type of equipment. A simple phone call to the customer informing of any errors or issues so that the customer can plan accordingly. The email confirmation that is sent out provides a link for the customer to contact regarding the reservation. However, in my experience, U-Haul does not respond to that link.

Worst experience of my life. They changed the pick up location/time on the day of the move 3 times. We ended up driving 2 hours outside the city to pick up the truck. It ended up taking 6 hours off our day on the day of our move and lots of money in fuel costs. Absolutely terrible. I am demanding some sort of refund for this especially being that we booked this 3 weeks in advance.
