Your rates are way too high. I should have gone somewhere else. The brakes grab and screech as well. The staff couldn’t figure out how to cancel my wife’s contract and put it in my name since I would be the driver. Took at least 40 minutes. I should have left.

I think it would have been better if I did everything on my phone, mobile check-in, etc. I arrived early for an 11:30am reservation, and wasn’t given a key until 12:15. One person working, checking out customers while I waited for her to figure out how to log into the U-Haul computer in between, making calls, and then trying to figure out how to get the keys. Then out of two keys, gave me the wrong one. My longer story, but it was a very frustrating experience.
