Made the reservation a week in advance. And at the last minute was moved to multiple different locations. When we went to pick up the truck the key was not in the d lock box. Had to call in and after being bounced around on hold several times had to be placed in a smaller truck than we had reserved. Horrible experience.

Christopher KWhat's the point of having a pickup location if the humans onsite are unaware of the standard processes for picking up a truck? I am new to your app pickup process and they acted like I was crazy for asking questions about picking up my rental. The cell signal was weak which made for a difficult process to log on and upload photos. Poor signal turned what should have been a 5-10 minute pick up into nearly an hour of which I didn't have to spare in the middle of my work day.
Jason BI have physical issues that make filling out info on my phone difficult so I decided to do an in house pickup and drop off . I don' understand why that process still involved multiple entries on my phone and phone calls to uhaul customer service to get my truck.
