I tried to rent the truck here and according to the app I had a reservation but I was not able to access the code for the lock box so I never got access to the truck. I tried calling the number of the person in charge of this U-Haul and no one answered.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was promised a truck at one location when it came time to pick it up they did not have it. I had to go to Westminster Maryland to pick up the truck. A truck was in poor condition needed in an oil change. need to do a lot better.
Andrew PMade the reservation a week in advance. And at the last minute was moved to multiple different locations. When we went to pick up the truck the key was not in the d lock box. Had to call in and after being bounced around on hold several times had to be placed in a smaller truck than we had reserved. Horrible experience.
