This place was an absolute failure and should be removed from Uhaul's pickup or drop off location list. The parking lot was way too small and literally impossible to park my drop off vehicle legally.....which is a requirement of drop off. The location is listed as being open after 1pm, but when I showed up at 1:05, nobody was there and a note on the door said that they'd be back by 1:40, which is both ridiculous and unacceptable from a professional business. I then spent 20 minutes on the phone with U-haul "customer service" who failed me multiple times during the phone call and whose "solution" was for me to leave and go to a different drop-off location, just a failure all around. I attempted to park in the parking lot next door and was immediately told to leave by that business owner who said that they constantly have problems with Uhaul people parking in their parking lot.....that business owner was nice enough to call the manager of the Uhaul location, who likewise was totally useless and unhelpful on the phone. Thankfully the other drop off location was accessible and an easy dropoff, albeit out of my way. I was offered no apology, no mea culpa, no statement that Uhaul would do better, no compensation for my wasted time. Uhaul absolutely failed in my book and will be viewed as an anti-customer unprofessional organization if I am ever in need of future services that they might provide, consequently I will use their compeititor instead.
