When I went to pick up the truck there was no lock on the rear. I opened it and the key was just sitting there. The was signage and equipment in the rear of the truck. I called customer service and she switched me to another truck on the lot.The second truck had a dead battery so I had to go back to the original truck and transfer the signage and equipment into the rear of the dead battery truck so I could use the original truck. Had I not needed the truck that day o would have canceled. I received nothing in return for my troubles.

Truck functionality was subpar with steering and noises during the drive. Drop off was complicated. Truck wasn't clean at pickup.
Christopher NGot a headache from the sound of the truck, design flaw by uhaul, not the fault of the location. Sound was almost like driving with one window open with the low frequency thumping.

Charles Pi had signed up on-line and had declined the insurance. When i got the bill after picking up the truck, the insurance was on the bill. i texted Support in the app, but didn't get a reply. Otherwise the rental went really well, and the truck/trailer was just what i needed.
