The app process needs improvements. I repeated several processes as I was prompted too. Vehicles need to be parked in well-lit areas for mobile pictures. My camera blocked my reservation and had to download the app in order to complete the pickup on my reservation. I wasted 1 hr trying to get customer support. They kindly adjusted my pickup time but was not granted that hour back upon return. Thankfully I was done before my original allocated time frame. Also, the truck I rented need an oil change. Received a dashboard message that the vehicle had 3% oil life remaining. I'm glad that nothing happened to the vehicle while I was driving it. The lock box at this location does not work. You can just go up to the lock box and turn the knob to get the keys to any of your vehicles. You might want to get someone out there to address that before someone figures it out that keys to truck are accessible.

JAMIE MThe men at that store had NO IDEA how to assist me with my check in online the Uhaul. 1 man says they’re not affiliated with Uhaul & checking me in? After I talked to representatives at Uhaul I was finally able to unlock orange box BUT then their was NO keys in box. Finally one man found the key to my truck. I was at location for over 30 mins trying to figure out how to check in with uhaul app. I had movers waiting for me so the poor movers had to wait as the people at the location tried to find the uhaul key! I definitely deserve to get my money back / refund because that was chaotic & stressful. Colleen
Colleen MYour app is horrible. Never gave me receipt and app is clumsy to use. Would not want to go through the numerous hassles I went through to rent and return the vehicle. You need to do a lot better
