App not working but Employee got me checked in without a hassle. After hours drop off would have been very frustrating.

Our trailer was like dragging ten thousand pounds of rocks behind it. We stopped 100 miles in and had to return it and re rent a second trailer that had basic rolling capabilities. A total waste of our time. Roadside was no help, they offered us two bad choices. Double the price, our time plus a hotel room.
John BThey switched me to this location. It was 10 miles out of my way. They didn't switch the pickup from human to phone so I had to contact customer service. The gas indicated it was on empty and showed 50 miles to empty so I had to find a gas station right away. Before I could find gas, the truc started warning me about running out of gas. Between being miles of my way and having to get gas, it put me behind schedule.
Kevin CConfusing way to find back of building where trucks were located, a lot of moving pads left in back of truck on mom’s attic that I didn’t order/need and had to move around so I could get my own items inside.
ALYSSA KThere was no one there at the location when we went to pick up. It was unclear what we were supposed to do to rent the trailer. I had scheduled pick up at 3pm and arrived a few minutes after that. The person from the store told me later that he closed at 3pm. There was no call ahead of time to see if I could come early or just to inform me of the closing time.
