Make sure when you text the renter and tell them their reservation for a truck and auto trailer is at a pickup location that they are there together. We had to drive over 30 miles to pick up this trailer. But I must say this location was very nice and the staff very friendly.

JOHN WTell.customers when the location pick address on the rental agreement has been changed ahead of time. We.learned that we were at the wrong pick up location only after we went to the location that was printed out on the rental agreement. Would have saved us half an hour of drive time.
