I dropped off on Sunday, so no one was there; however, I did need to extend for one extra day. I called from West Virginia, and they were so helpful and easy to deal with.

The communications from U-Haul was proactive and informative, the location was staffed professionally and prepared for both pick-up and return. Definitely recommend. I will use again.
NOEL SThe front driver door had some difficulties. It would not always lock. Also there’s a crack in the windshield, on the passenger side. Otherwise, the van was very nice.
Jennifer HWhen i went to retrieve keys they were the wrong set. Luckily someone else was checking out their truck and also had the wrong g keys. There were only 2 key boxes. This could of went badly if the other customer had not been thete.
