The rental agent acted bothered that I showed up at exactly 5:00 pm when she was locking the door, She told me to take the trailer to the rear of the facility and I was good. She gave me no further instructions. If it wasn't for Dana at the U HAUL Storage Facility NSA Storage, I would not have made it on time at all that day.

Have ramps for your trailer. Otherwise it's useless
TIMOTHY TAll of the equipment was dirty. The inside of the trailer was covered in bird poop. The trailer lights didn’t work. Over all not a good experience.
