The whole online experience was horrible. I forgot you needed another person to verify me but my husband left his phone at home. We couldn’t get the truck in time because we had to drive 1/2 an hour to our house and come back. The person who owns this place is not friendly in any way. Never again.

The first one they were going to rent me had unreported damage. They really weren't up to speed on what to do. The person who usually rents vehicles wasn't there. The one who helped me did the best they could. Took about 45 minutes.
