Location is good. The online process lags far behind the exchange. I was 20 miles down the road before I got your email to take previous damage photos. The guy at Lohman told me too cause he cares. Your follow up for online partial bookings guy who calls us customers is an A number one asshole. Pressure sales from someone obviously comes out of his mind, demanding my credit card number. Never gonna happen with u haul in the future. That guy pissed me off. In the future I'll just call Lohman and avoid your online service cause it is exhausting. Or go to Penske. Probably the latter. Oh yeah, stop adding shit to our carts hoping we miss it and you charge us for it. Really shitty practice. Truth and honesty aren't dead yet but your pushing it to the grave. Again...Without Lohman I would've gone to Penske.
