Location was fine. Staff was slow to care about you and not interested in you.
KACY EThis location services were Good. However U-Haul reservation system IS NOT. Customer requested pickup location NEVER HAPPENS. U-Haul expects/demands Customer pickup equipment miles often many miles out of the way the day BEFORE the scheduled pickup... which causes Customer to totally change his iteneray.
LESLIE RI filled the gas back up to where is was when I picked it up and they charged me a fuel charge, now that's a bunch of bs. Uhaul was dirty on the inside,inside of windshield was spotted and sticky like a side spilled all over it. Exhaust was so loud. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I tried called twice from where I rented it,and guess what,no one answers,imagine that!
