I understand being understaffed, but this location needs more people to help. The app check in and out process was terrible. The app errored out several times when taking pictures. It took 30 minutes just to complete what should have been 5 mins. Your UI and API connections are misconfigured throughout your application.

Everything went smoothly, even with the location being closed. Checking through the app and got the key from the lock box.

Kelli WThe only difficulty was this location did not show on the app even though it was 15 miles closer than any other location. The owner was surprised that I could not get it to allow me to select his location. I even put the address of the site in the app as my final destination and it wanted me to select a drop off a town away. He told me not to worry, he would handle the drop off and there would be no issues. I got the verification email almost before I left the site. Great service!
