Miss Crystal was absolutely the greatest. Easy in and easy out. Our only concern was that the truck we rented was not completely clean in the cab. There was some kind of sticky substance on the front seat. We left it better than we found it, but overall, these were the best UHaul folks we have ever dealt with, and a great experience. 100 percent recommendation for these folks anytime, anywhere.

This location was not open when I dropped off the vehicle so I cannot rate how their personnel were, but the location in the dropbox were in Plainview, which made it easy
