The first thing was, I had to hook up my own trailer and then they didn’t check the trailer or come out and take pictures of it, they said it doesn’t matter you took out the extra insurance so we’re not gonna worry about taking pictures or anything. I think they should’ve helped me Get hooked up to the trailer because I couldn’t lift the tongue of it by myself from where they had it parked on a downhill slope so I asked a person that was hooking up a trailer to help me lift and get the hitch up onto the hitch. Last year was a whole different story. I picked up a trailer from the U-Haul place in Monticello and they were very helpful. They helped me hook up. Make sure all the lights work. They even check the air in the tires and this place that I got it this year did not do any of that.
