The worst experience I've had renting a trailer.! I really don't understand anything.! I needed a small trailer.! I went to the place where I usually rent in somerset ky.! Mrs. was not available at that time.! But very kind he told me that they were available in Monticello and Whitley City.! I told him to help me by booking in Whitley City because the object I was going to transport was close to that location.! Upon arriving at the place in Whitley City.! The person who attended me was not very friendly.! He told me that it didn't matter that I had a reservation.! That if I wanted to rent a trailer I had to go to his yard, pick up the trailer I needed and come to his door to take a picture and rent me the trailer.! He canceled my reservation and I had to do it as he wanted.! Not satisfied with giving me this first and very bad experience.! I had to return the trailer 24 hours later before 11:15am.! When I arrived at the place to return the trailer, Mr. told me that everything was fine to leave the trailer where I took it and that I was ready to go.! Leave the trailer at 10:38 am.!! Surprise I didn't receive any message of the return of the trailer until 5:47 pm, with the invoice and a surcharge for after-hours service for 20 dollars.!

Tamara OI couldn’t get the location to answer the phone, and they rented out my original U-Haul truck even though I had made a reservation online the day before. When I went to pick up the replacement truck that the 1-800 number set me up with, they couldn’t even get me checked out right away—I had to wait 30 minutes or longer before they were able to process it.
