The woman at the front desk was very rude and unwelcoming, which made the experience uncomfortable. You didn't know where to park and the lady didn't tell you where either. However, the men working in the back were extremely helpful, kind and professional. Big difference in customer service.
ASHLEY GMy experience with Weavers Express Lube was great from signing the contract, the gentleman that hooked up the trailer to my truck and showed me a few pointers and to dropping it back off. Will definitely use again.
ERNESTO BI brought the truck back cleaned in the back end of the truck and they tried to tell me that there was a bunch of sticky stuff in the back end of the truck and there was not I took pictures. I have proof that there was none they just charged me for a cleaning fee to make money. I find that very disrespectful and distasteful I will never rent from this place ever again
