sherilyn TWeavers did a great job pulling u-haul out of the trash. I had 2 26' trucks reserved for a pick up on Wednesday Morning. On Monday Morning, I am notified my reservations are cancelled. I was asked to contact "transportation" to discuss the situation. Well, they proceed to tell me I should not have had any reservations made (yet I did, a week before). They said people had reserved the trucks well before I did but were picking them up after me so I can't have them. This, from the giant that has run all of the other truck rental companies out of business. We finally try to get 3 15' trucks and hope this would work. I am actually told this may not be able to work because it is the end of the month and everyone needs the trucks. I do get an email confirmation from "transportation" with the wrong trucks and the wrong pick up / return date and times. In our frustration, we begin to all around and find that Weavers is a U-haul affiliate. We contact Weavers and Tony helps us out. HE has a 20' and a 26' truck, unscheduled. he proceeds to reserve those for us. Then - transportation contacts him and says he can't reserve those for us. He was able to after they cancelled our reservations again. Long and short, if it was not for Weavers, we would not have had trucks. I will not ever contact U-Haul corporate for anything again. I will only go to the trusted location - Weavers.

Tom BThe location was great. They were very nice but I just hated that we needed a 26 foot truck and were called two days before moving and told we could onky get a 15 foot truck. Also, no furniture movers were available.. So we nearly killed ourselves loading my massive roll top desk. And it took 3 trips instead of what probably could have been 1. I wish there was a better way to get people what they are needing. What if someone needed to move across the country and was counting on a big enough truck?

james cNothing at all! This was by far THE BEST UHaul experience I have ever had! I have rented UHaul’s multiple times, and every time I visit Weavers I leave with a better than before experience. These guys go above and beyond every single time. They are always busy with their oil change business but manage to make everyone feel like they are putting you first. I sat in the lobby with one of their oil change customers that has been using their business for over a decade and all they could do was praise the gentlemen that work at Weavers. I too have started using that business for my personal vehicles, just from my experience renting UHauls. These guys are very professional and personable. 10 stars each and EVERY time.
