The online rental site seemed difficult to navigate. Especially on the DL expiration calendar and birthday calendar. Once I finished it, the place where I picked it up had to go online and re enter a bunch of information.

Rented trailer for two days. Completed what I needed trailer for in one day, and returned trailer within 24 hours....still charged for two days. There was the same size trailer there so no business was lost due to reserving trailer for 2 days. Very disappointed in UHaul for lack of customer focus.
