I received the U-Haul truck on empty, almost didn’t make it to the gas station, was still charged for gas that. WAS NOT in the truck, did not get my deposit back, and now this company is trying to charge me ANOTHER 44.50 after y’all already took my whole $100 deposit for no reason. Horrible company. Crooked as hell.
Taylor KMake sure to have the different kinds of equipment. Was no furniture dolly there for my rental. Had to change pickup locations before that and the difference of mileage was not added to my trip. Therefore had to pay for extra mileage at turn in time.
Ron WAll they are interested in is selling ammo and ignoring haul customers. I will never use haul again.

Michael LI received the vehicle with a quarter tank of gas and returned it with a quarter tank but I still got charged extra. The driver door didn’t close properly unless you slammed it. There was extra equipment in the back such as a dolly that I did not request
Dakota WCheck the truck before renting it out. Horn and Cruse control did not work. Truck randomly shutdown while driving on the highway.

ZOILA AWe had to jump of the truck when we stopped to get gas. Had to buy jumper cable that we didn't have the extra money for.
Shandra SI paid for a utility dolly, we used the mobile pickup and did not get the utility dolly.
Nathan CGet employees that want to work and want to do their jobs to actually help people. Do not over extend reservations. The stress you put us through was enough for me to NEVER use or recommend Uhaul again. I am visually impaired and my husband was forced to drive 14 hours straight by himself in order to get home in time to get to work because he did not have any more vacation days. This was the worse moving experience in my life. Considering I was in the service for 13 years, that is saying A LOT!

BYRON HConsidering the current climate, no one in the store wore masks or facial coverings. Not to mention the amount of coughing was rather disturbing. I understand some people don’t want to wear mask for whatever reasons but should be considerate of others who may be at risk.

NICOLES WNot sure if Uhaul was revamping their website or not, but 3 people (2 employees and myself) were pulling up 3 different prices on the same item. I’ve rented from Uhaul several times before and have never had so much confusion on the front end of my transactions. Employees were very patient and a joy to work with but it did take 45 minutes to finally get it figured out.
