I was unable to pick it up at 4am like I needed to. I asked the place like three times just to confirm that I could and the answer was always yes. The trailer was hooked up to the truck by uhaul and delivered to the pick up location and I was still unable to use the 24/7. That was very unacceptable. Also I rented an appliance dolly and blankets but they were not in the truck and I was told I had to pick those up at another location which is total BS.

The online rental site seemed difficult to navigate. Especially on the DL expiration calendar and birthday calendar. Once I finished it, the place where I picked it up had to go online and re enter a bunch of information.
MATTHEW ARented trailer for two days. Completed what I needed trailer for in one day, and returned trailer within 24 hours....still charged for two days. There was the same size trailer there so no business was lost due to reserving trailer for 2 days. Very disappointed in UHaul for lack of customer focus.
