This truck was LEAKING GAS, passenger door would not latch, the inside seatbelt alarm beeped the entire time unless stopped. WORST CUSTOMER service I’ve ever experienced. They didn’t provide a receipt. They knew nothing about anything. I called them twice to complain about this crap truck. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE renting from this place it’s a safety concern AND they don’t fix the problem.

The check engine light was on. Told to drive anyway, if I was comfortable with that. Windshield was dirty. Lack on gate was difficult to use. However the people were very nice and helped with finding dolly.

Chelsea PI walked into the Petro to return the truck which is a convenience store, the lady just said to return the keys next door to the liquor store and place them on the counter. So I walked over to the liquor store, walked in and there was nobody in the store despite the sign saying open. No customers and no employees. Seemed very sketchy but I placed the keys on the counter and walked out.
