BARZIN GThe pick up process wasn’t great. We was on site for well over 45 minutes after making a reservation via phone. The truck was filthy inside the cab and in the back loading area. Was only able to upload 1 picture of the interior and stank of cigarette smoke. Overall very bad experience. We have used U-Haul several times. And this time makes me want to go else where due to the lack of upkeep that is obvious. Hopefully this is isolated to this one location.
