The pick up process wasn’t great. We was on site for well over 45 minutes after making a reservation via phone. The truck was filthy inside the cab and in the back loading area. Was only able to upload 1 picture of the interior and stank of cigarette smoke. Overall very bad experience. We have used U-Haul several times. And this time makes me want to go else where due to the lack of upkeep that is obvious. Hopefully this is isolated to this one location.

ERIC SDropped off after dark. Drop off box not see clearly. Lucky there was someone there to take keys
davin bHad some issues in the beginning but I was taken care of to get me going. Denise (Regional manager) was very helpful. The gentleman that rented it was extremely helpful. The tech person from U-Haul, she was really good. I was upset and angry and they still found a way to work thur the issue, however, we discovered at night the running lights weren’t working. Brake, turn and hazards worked so I headed on. Another fuse was blown under drivers seat. Drop off person fixed it he called me to tell me what the issues were.
HARRISON GIt was a breeze to pick up, she was clean and ready to go! The open parking lot to get in and out was nice! Having the uhaul backed up and angled against the fence made it a bit difficult to get pictures, but it was far enough away it wasn't impossible. Great location, thank you!
