overcharged-I was promised one price online and then it ended up being three times as much because I couldn't predict the exact mileage that I was going to put on the truck. When I originally booked the U-Haul online, it said it would cost $60 in the end I ended up paying $160 plus the cost of gas and a $14 fee because my mileage estimate was low. I was very frustrated with the price.
