Rick was very kind and professional. We had a reservation at a Uhaul close to our home but the 26' truck would not start. We were directed to their N. Meridian site to p.u. a replacement. The transition was flawless and we were compensated for the longer miles. I would recommend the Wichita/Valley Center Site for their kindness and quick response to keep us on schedule for the move.
