Truck I was assigned was full of trash and wood in the back. Cab was also dirty and none of the equipment I ordered was in the truck. Had to drive an extra 28 miles to two different locations to get equipment. While the owner was inside (didn’t know he was there nor open) watched me go back and forth while on with customer service never came out to help. Customer service was extremely helpful and helped me get a different truck and keys and locate equipment. No issue with U-Haul only the location and business for pickup.
Logan TSuper kind staff very fast and professional and down to earth people! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone! I'll definitely be using then in the next few years when I purchase a home!

LEE OSouthards uhaul rental was good. However, i initally reserved a 6x12 at the u haul on south haverhill road in el dorado KS on or about March 16th. When i went to pick it up on March 20th, i was told someone else had reserved it. I wan not happy. I had to spend 2 plus hours and over 20 dollars in gas to drive to the Wichita area to find one.
