Jane CI used the mobile app to reserve and pay with card. I also declined the insurance coverage. When I got to the office to pick up the truck, she told me that the mobile app doesn’t save anything that I had to enter all the information again. Unbeknownst to me the insurance coverage was added to my bill. This is why people don’t like running from you guys. 15 bucks isn’t that much and not going to break my bank but consider this, I will not use U-Haul again and I will convince my friends and all my work associates to find another alternative rather than going through U-Haul.
