Pickup and return was easy and everything was ready to go on time. I have rented from this location before and never have had a problem.

Rochelle MThis location is close to our home. It was clean and nice. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Easy access in and out and was able to park my car there while we used the truck. Pick up and return helpful. Great flexibility! Thank you for making something easy! Seems rare these days!
Debra DOn-site staff was amazing and accommodating and the truck was clean and well kept, but still trying to figure out how the "$19.95" ended up being over $80 dollars for a 1 hour rental with 11 miles at $1.19 per mile and two dollies at $10 and $7. 7+10+13.09+19.95+tax=should be $53.79. Already double the advertised price if we remove the dollies. Then add the fees not disclosed outa the gait with the tags or whatever else (liscense recovery and environmental). Then add the safe move charge which I had declined when I set it up at $15. Somehow all this ends up at $80 for a $19.95 rental. Look it is what it is but that price running up like that is bullshit. Will avoid in the future and recommend others to as well.
