The major drawback to this particular drop off location is that it cannot be accessed from the main highway which they've rebuilt and, in essence, by-passed the location requiring that you first find it. Then you must back-tracking down the highway to a frontage road, then back-track again, to access the drop off site. It's unfortunate for the owner of the property that the state highway department would do this to a business.

Was at a gas station and not A U-Haul company, and the poor girl had to do both. She was excellent, but felt for her having to do everything

JESSY SRented two trucks and the 26’ truck was not maintained. It looked like it had been wrecked and the alignment was way off. The entire 16hr drive it wouldn’t stop shaking. It also blew a front tire and we had to wait for it to be fixed on the side of the road.
BRANDON BBeginning mileage was imputed wrong at time of pickup. Drove 3 miles to my house, filled truck, drove straight to Owasso which is 200 miles away. Unloaded 1/3 truck drove to assisted living 4 miles away unloaded some and returned 4 miles to finish. Drove truck to drop off point getting gas along the way. Final mileage Talley says I drove an extra 126 extra miles. 26 yes, 126 no! . Bull shit. It’s a shame that I didn’t remember to take a pick of the odometer. I guess the customer has to do all the work. Can’t trust the employee to do it right. So I end up paying 89$ more than it should. Should I really have to do that or should the mileage be correct to start?
