Truck had trash and fried chicken crumbs in cab, dirty old napkins and mud in floorboards, ketchup on dash that had to be scrubbed off. There were banding straps, broken glass and screws in the back of the truck clearly not cleaned out. We had to clean all of it up before turning it in so no one would think we had left it that way. It was ridiculous!!
JEREMY GThe location where I pick my trailer up from was very slow spoke poor English took 45 minutes to figure out what they were doing. They were no help with the hooking up of the trailer or dropping it off the location was in side of a convenience store so every time a customer come in I had to wait longer.
Kevin CNeed to make sure all tires are properly inflated. I just happened to check them before leaving the next morning after picking trailer up. 2 of the 4 tires were below 30 psi. Trailer was returned better than picked up.
JUSTEN CMake it that l don’t have to use my phone to drop it off.
