However. I had personally go into the corporate store on West Kellogg Reserved the truck for Friday at 11:30 On Friday I call and change pick up time to 1:30 Upon arrival at the store. I was told there won't be a truck for me until maybe 3!!! This is not acceptable I was told to go to a different local. Which was west side uhaul. And I got excellent service I will not be using the corporate location again. Super Fustration
