There was literally no one there when we dropped back off during business hours. Had to use the drop off box for the key.

The truck looked like it was never cleaned. Floorboards were dusty. The internet connection was terrible here (not U-haul’s fault), but it did not allow me to take a picture of mileage and fuel level before. I have one saved in my phone at this location showing that I started with the gas light on E.
