i am 69 years old and rented a truck for one day on the 24/7 plan. I reserved the truck with no problem and was confirmed with no problem. But when I went to pick up the truck I didnt know that I had to create an account with u-haul and take pictures of my ID and all that stuff. I had to get my son to do that as I didn't understand how to do that stuff. After that everything went great. My son checked in the truck for return. All and all the truck experience was great, the pick up and return was a confusing, for me. But my son had no problem. Thank You
