The woman who works in the office is very sweet and accommodating. The office doesnt have wonderful hours though and would be inconvenient for anyone who needs help. (You can get in and out without the office so not a huge deal.) If a mouse can squeeze through your totes, everything will be torn to shreads and peed and pooped on by mice. And I dont mean just here and there either. Most storage units have mice so just watch what you store like anywhere else.

Emille G | Overall ExperienceYou were there when I needed you. THANKS
Johnnie S | Overall ExperienceThe facility at Eastwood road was easy access from 32 and secure. The staff was very helpful and timely with responses to questions. We will be very likely to use this facility again should the need arise.
MITCHELL B | Overall ExperienceThe facility priced themselves out. Meaning they raised the rates above what we are willing to pay. Several rate hikes in a short amount of time. The final bill e-mail reads "funny" to me as well.
Michael M | Overall ExperienceI left that unit and moved the rest of my stuff to a different facility because mice had destroyed my couch by making nest under the cushions and in the netting under the couch. There were mouse droppings on almost all of my belongs in the storage unit. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
Roger M | Overall ExperienceCustomer service is fantastic, we are potentially delaying. We just got approved for a house in West Virginia... still wish customer service was this good everywhere!
PRESTON Y | Reservationthis facility is a plain jane type of place. everything you need with no frills. people are fantastic and respond at the drop of a hat. Prices are great.
michael h | Overall ExperienceWish the electric outlets worked..
Kelvin R | Overall ExperienceI was renting from Eastwood Storage Since 2018-2024, 6 years thousands of dollars spent in renting. I trusted this facility for a very long time. I appreciated them renting me the units I had. The facility and it's managers at that time were wonderful. I felt my belongings were safe never had to worry about anything I could go to my units at any time and didn't have to look over my shoulder every five minutes. Until a few months ago when they became under new management, the prices went up, and things just didn't seem right after that. On September 19 I went to my units to notice one of my LOCKS had been ground off. Needless to say things were missing from my unit. At the time the manager was covering for another facility, so I had to call Uhaul who informed me to call the Sheriff which I did. The cameras were pointed up to the sky for the aisle my unit was in, on both sides. When I finally spoke to the manager about the incident, he told me that the cameras did not even work. The only ones that worked were the ones at the gate and behind the office building. He also stated that there were other units being broken into as well over some period of time. Umm wouldn't you think the owner or whoever would contact all the renters and forewarn them that this was happening? Also after the break in I completely moved out all three units because I had no idea who did it or if they were coming back. Anyone can put 4 numbers in and get through the gate which looks like someone has plowed right through the gate. The very last day I was moving out of the unit I came up to put my number into the keypad, I am waiting for the gate to close first and I moved up, the gate automatically opened and stayed open long enough for numerous cars to come through. That to me is very dangerous. Out of the three units I was renting the security deposits I gave when I rented, I only was told I would receive one because that is all I deposited. This isn't true but I was already aggravated at the whole situation. So, no I would not recommend this facility because they do not have proper security cameras that work, the gate that is around the facility in the far back is opened and a trail leads into the woods. So anyone is able to just walk on in. and they can not guarantee you that you belongings are going to be safe. In the contract it states they are not liable for numerous things and clauses and such. Now do not get me wrong the managers who have been there, they have been helpful with whatever issue I have had, but this little hiccup was uncalled for, and to this day I have not received any calls or updates about what they plan on doing. Be Safe and choose wisely.
