The office needs to be updated. Parking area is pretty small.

No one there to assist picking up the trailer. The trailer was positioned so that I could not lift onto the hitch of my vehicle, had to use a jack. Customer service representative was no help whatsoever. Even though i had a reservation, the paperwork took 40 minutes and several calls to Uhaul before it could be completed. Customer service representative read my credit card information on the phone to the Uhaul rep. very loudly while other customers were in the room waiting.

Dirty location, lazy employee, did not have everything i requested; initially told me that they didn’t have my reservation or vehicle.

Store was disgusting. Food and dirt everywhere, water damaged ceiling tiles, dirty counter tops missing cabinet doors. Very rundown

Be specific on pick up and drop off locations, as they might change from what what selected. I requested to pick up in Newport News, Virginia and had to go get the truck all the way in Williamsburg (about and hour drive). If I would have known this I would have gone with another moving company. I also requested to have a box trolley and when I got to the location all they had was an appliance trolly so I had to pay an extra 2 dollars ($12 total) for that even though it clearly said $10 dollars on the trolly. Overall the job got done but there was more stress than necessary regarding the truck, I’ll never use U-haul again and I move regularly since I’m in a military family.

The truck was beyond dirty. Pet hair everywhere, dirt, grease, you name it and it was in the cab of that Uhaul. The truck was older than me. I rent from Uhaul often and this was by far the worst experience i have ever had. This location is horrible inside and out.

The place was a mess. There was no help to be found from any employees & they closed at THREE pm. Nobody closes at 3pm. When I dropped the trailer off, there wasn't room to park the thing properly & I was forced to drop it & maneuver it by hand. I won't be back.

There was only one person working at the gas station. I had to do everything myself.

The location was dirty and there were a pack of cigarettes left in the uhaul from the previous renter. The uhaul representative never walked outside to check the vehicle with me and my husband.
