This location is located in a very bad part of Charlotte, which I wasn't aware of until we got there and my daughter told me. We arrived after hours and luckily there were people still there to help us, because the hauler needed to go in a gated area that was locked. There is not much space around the site to unload the hauler or to even leave anything afterhours and very small signage that is hard to see. I will say the people that helped us were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful - they directed us where to go and helped us unload the hauler and back it in - they were fantastic. I would recommend that this not be an afterhours drop off, due to the bad location and locked gate. But a business hours drop off would be fine. Also, I did not choose this location when I made my reservation. I received a text the day before to tell me to take it here. I would have preferred the location I chose during the reservation.

I would say not a thing but it’s always room to grow, just keep being available
Nicole SMy requested truck was never moved and is blocked behind another truck. Now, I am unable to move on the date I scheduled. This is horrible and what makes it even worst is they were so concerned about me transporting the trailer and didn’t take care of what I originally requested.

Sarah MDON'T EVER SEND ANYONE TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. EVER. STOP USING IT TODAY. I had to park the truck in a very difficult to find junkyard. After parking it, I had to walk completely around the block to the front of the place, passing through a homeless encampment, to find the key drop box. I was truly worried that I was going to be mugged walking from the drop box back to my car. This is the worst location that I have ever seen for any business that I have ever worked with in any industry in my life. Don't send people there. I cannot stress how bad it was.
