My requested truck was never moved and is blocked behind another truck. Now, I am unable to move on the date I scheduled. This is horrible and what makes it even worst is they were so concerned about me transporting the trailer and didn’t take care of what I originally requested.

We did not select the drop off location and it was much farther away from our original choice and inconvenient.
Sarah MDON'T EVER SEND ANYONE TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. EVER. STOP USING IT TODAY. I had to park the truck in a very difficult to find junkyard. After parking it, I had to walk completely around the block to the front of the place, passing through a homeless encampment, to find the key drop box. I was truly worried that I was going to be mugged walking from the drop box back to my car. This is the worst location that I have ever seen for any business that I have ever worked with in any industry in my life. Don't send people there. I cannot stress how bad it was.
