Very friendly representative...one of the items I requested was not available (furniture dolly) and checkout seemed to be slow considering I thought I did everything online? Vehicle was clean and got pretty good mileage so I was pleased with that. Overall a good experience.

Joseph GDropped off on Sunday so they were closed. There was no specific place to park returning vehicles.
BRION MWe had reserved a unit months ago and were told on the day we were to pick up the unit was not there and we would have to drive and hour and 15 mins to pick up a similar unit. Extremely frustrating!
